Adapted robin friedrich's substantial refinement of the layout, using
tables with specially colored cells for nice headers, etc. (I use a
very different color scheme and much refinement of the layout, but the
overall form is robin's.)
Would like to speed up access to this page, which may mean moving the
members section offpage.
