Set the sender to mm_cfg.MAILMAN_OWNER, so it's not just some random
list (the last one found) which appears as the sender...
Further cleanup of reminder notice.
Do *not* ignore list names for which the list load fails - bailout
w/traceback! Darn tootin - we want someone to know something's
screwed up, so it gets fixed!
