Conversion to mimelib.
De-string-module-ify
Other Python 2.0 constructs used where appropriate.
process(): When adding the header or footer, watch for multipart
messages. For such messages, don't just prepend/append the raw text,
add the decorations as MIME text/plain subparts before and after the
existing message payload.
decorate(): Be sure to remove sensitive information from the
header/footer interpolation dictionary!
