Final copy of IPC7 paper, in MS Word. I incorporated barry's
block-structure diagram from the Usenix paper - since it's such a nice
diagram, particularly giving a decent sense of the context for the
MailList object - but i only included a few sentences giving a very
rough overview of the structure, covering only the MailList instance
in the rest.
