These concrete curves are from Atsuko Miyaji's paper: Elliptic curves over F_p Suitable for Cryptosystems. - Added Support command that queries the results of KeyAgreement and Signature allocations. - Renamed smallpub curves to nonprime curves. - Fixed nonprime curves test suite.
