get_archives(): Removed the line which specifically eliminates
messages with a Subject: in ('subscribe', 'unsubscribe'). This kind
of filtering happens at higher levels in Mailman; if such a message is
in the .mbox file, it should be in the html archive.
Closes bug #121811 for real now.
