Reordered a bit so the digests options are together, which means the

disable-delivery option is first, which makes sense - despite the fact
that it's probably used relatively rarely, it's very important and
useful when it is used, and likely to be overlooked unless people are
reminded.  So ok, why are i arguing?-)

Also reordered buttons, in general, so the default setting comes
first.

Tracking the name change of "Fancy" to "MIME" (tell it like it is, no
use confusing people).
